Excellent Show. Really enjoyed the two film comparison.

There is a British miniseries staring Timothy Spall called the Enfield Haunting. It is a lot better done and provides a far more accurate look at this case. For me it is one of the more intriguing cases of paranormal investigation and having watched the British mini series and the documentaries on the case I for one am leaning towards it being a real case of haunting.

You made some excellent points about both films- the second one lacked tension and felt more like a pseudo documentary or story about the Warren’s relationship- almost a horror love story. And yeah- the cgi was terrible in this one. The crooked man should have been played by a real person. Oh well.

Again- enjoyed the show- very well done.

The Crooked Man was actually played by Javier Botet. We failed to mention that. We were too busy shaking our heads at the dog transformation silliness that ruined the whole scene. Its a shame. Thanks for listening!
