Horror 101 – Episode 75: JAWS (1975) – April 30th, 2018

You’ll never go in the water again!

Welcome back to the Horror 101 show. For this 75th milestone show Nood suggested we should cover a classic from 1975, so it was decided. We were going to take a bite out of Steven Spielberg’s Jaws. Jaws still stands as an incredible achievement by the then young and enthusiastic Spielberg. It was one of the first summer blockbusters and instantly sparked fear into the hearts of millions who loved to swim in the open ocean. With outstanding performances and the most iconic John Williams’ score, Jaws still stands the test of time more than 40 years after its release. We’ll share our stories with how it affected our lives, focusing on our favorite and no so favorite parts. For this special 75th episode its our privilege to give The Horror 101 treatment to JAWS.
